Fourcher Technologies is looking for an in-person tech support specialist to assist our senior clients with their technical needs. $40/hour
Seniors have the simplest of issues yet are the most under-served in the tech support industry. Additionally, seniors are limited by slow and inconsistent remote solutions. Our goal is to bridge the gap with personalized in-home tech support.
Our technicians should be passionate about both technology and helping seniors.
Requirements
Here's what we are looking for from candidates:
Innate and intuitive knowledge of consumer electronics
Up-to-date on the latest tech trends
Knowledge of older technologies and operating systems
Patient
Timely and considerate
A people person
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Do 110% percent: fix the issue and do just a little more to make their lives easier.
Be proactive: when you see an issue communicate it with the client and fix it
Establish relationships: get to know your clients like they are family
Create memory tools and simple explanations for your client
Recommend newer and better technology solutions
Commute to location
This job is 60% people and 40% technical.
We pay $40/hour.
This is a part-time job and we try to work around your schedule.
